Helping Women Become more Confident in their Focus, Motivation, and Boundaries

With years of experience observing patterns of what so many women tend to struggle with, I’ve witnessed firsthand how tough it can be to make sense of lost motivation, low confidence, and poor time management. Below, you’ll find an overview of the signs you might benefit from individual therapy.

Whether you’ve known since you were a kid, or are just recently wondering about the cause behind problems you’re facing, the impacts of ADHD can be very pervasive and discouraging. You might notice you’re running late a lot - maybe you’re having trouble keeping up with daily life responsibilities - or putting lots of effort forward just to hold it all together. Therapy can offer a safe space for you to feel heard and understood. Together, we will explore the path forward with baby steps.

You’re ready to see change, you just don’t know how or where to start

Therapy can be a helpful resource if you:

  • often feel overstimulated or understimulated

  • have trouble keeping up at work or at home

  • know you have to make a change, but don’t know where or how to start

  • struggle saying No

  • struggle with time management

  • want the systems in your home to work for you, not against you

  • feel like you’re failing yourself

  • tend to procrastinate tasks that don’t feel exciting

“Some of the most dear therapeutic relationships I’ve formed in my time as a clinician have been with women facing the impacts of ADHD, and I tremendously enjoy being a solid support for these ladies along their journey of growth and learning. It’s so sweet to me when we start to see small changes after months or years of challenges. If anything from the list above sounds like you, let’s chat!”
